If you are changing the in game music be sure to make your own music for this to be significant. Or you can change the entire soundscape of your game using assets from elsewhere.
Modifying the out of game menus is good just be sure to not do something simplistic like drag in just one of the background sprites we provided and stop there.
Creating new levels counts as significant just be sure your levels have effort put into them to make them different from each other.
